Castles Galore is primarily a picture library of castles in England and Wales. All pictures featured on this site are the work and property of Roy Stedall-Humphryes
In addition to the main theme of mediaeval castles, Roy has also included many of his other fine pictures, including photographs of Spain encompassing architecture, customs, food and wine. In the miscellaneous section of the site, you will find subjects as varied as ancient cities to professional boxing action shots.

Our simple search facility within our castle library page allows you to search the picture library to find the exact picture you are looking for. We have included a catagorised search, and a keyword search.
This site also contains a "Lightbox" facility. The lightbox allows you to store photographs for review at a later date. Each image on this site has a "toggle to lightbox" link next to it. When you press this link the picture will be added to the lightbox. The lightbox will remember your image selection the next time you visit the site.
All pictures on this site are available for professional reproduction as high quality digital images, or can be ordered as prints.
All photographic prints ordered from this site will be printed on special Linen fabric, 100% cotton linen pre-coated with a photographic emulsion. Each of these prints will be signed by Roy, which creates a quality illustration on canvas; in short a beautiful work of art.
